Criteria:

Candidates should hold a MS Degree/PhD in the relevant field (preferably from an international university of good QS ranking). Candidates possessing graduate research mentorship, experience as a group lead in research groups, and international university experience, are preferred.

Faculty Positions

School of Economics and Social Sciences

The School of Economics and Social Sciences (SESS), IBA Karachi contains two academic departments and two research centers. The two academic departments are the Department of Economics and the Department of Social Sciences and Liberal Arts (SSLA). The two research centers include the Center for Business and Economic Research (CBER) and the Population Research (PRC). Additionally, to support research endeavors, SESS has recently established three labs: the Social Inequality Lab, The Economic Growth and Forecasting Lab, and the Psychology Lab. The School invites applications from highly qualified individuals in the following areas:

Economics
General Psychology
Philosophy
Media Studies and Journalism

Criteria:

Candidates should have demonstrated commitment to scholarly research and publication.
Candidates with Ph.D. in their selected fields will be preferred.
