SITUATION VACANT: Applications from suitable candidates are invited for filling up one (01) post of Legal Consultant (MP-I) on contract basis for a period of three (03) years having following qualification/experience and eligibility criteria:

Qualification/Experience/Eligibility Criteria:

Ph.D in relevant subject(s) with 07 years professional experience or Master Degree in Law (L.L.M. in International or Corporate Law) with 09 years’ experience of legal drafting in public sector or as Consultant in public sector.
Preference shall be given to candidates having experience in vetting and drafting of legal instruments/international treaties, conventions, agreements, MoUs/contracts, writ petitions, suits and opinion writing for International Cooperation, Mutual Legal Assistance, Extradition cases, particularly relating to organized trans-boundary crimes, Criminal Law and International Law including Human Rights, immigration and refugees laws.

Minimum Age: 45 Years

Maximum Age: 62 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.

Recruitment will be made as per MP Scales Policy, 2020 as amended/updated by Establishment Division from time to time.
