Web Master / Assistant Software Engineer (BPS-16) – 02 vacancies

Bachelor’s degree (first division or Grade-B) in Software Engineering or Computer Science or Information Technology from a university recognized by the HEC
One year’s post qualification experience in software or network administration or troubleshooting in a reputable public or private sector organization.

Assistant Accounts Officer (BPS-16) – 01 vacancy

B.Com (2nd Division) or equivalent qualification from a University or Institution recognized by HEC with 5 years’ experience in relevant field.

Data Entry Operator (BPS-11) – 12 vacancies

Graduate from HEC recognized University in Computer Science with 1 year relevant experience.

Assistant House Keeper (BPS-09) – 03 vacancies (02 for females, 01 for male)

Intermediate from recognized board with three years experience in the relevant field.

Auto Mechanic (BPS-06) – 01 vacancy

Secondary School Certificate (SSC) (2nd Division) from a recognized Board
Five years’ practical experience as Mechanic in an automobile workshop duly recognized by the Transport Pool, S&GAD.

Auto Electrician (BPS-05) – 01 vacancy

Middle pass

Four years’ practical experience as auto electrician in an automobile workshop duly recognized by the Transport Pool, S&GAD and capable of carrying out all electrical jobs of Auto Vehicles.

Driver (BPS-04) – 05 vacancies

Middle having PSV Driving License with min. 5 years experience of coasters and buses.

Head Janitor (BPS-02) – 01 vacancy

Minimum 10 years relevant experience.

Cook (BPS-02) – 02 vacancies

Middle having minimum 5 years relevant experience.

Coolie (BPS-01) 01 vacancy

Literate with one year experience in the relevant field.

IMPORTANT

For all above posts, a written test / technical test / typing test and performance evaluation test will be conducted and only eligible candidates who will qualify the written test / technical test / typing test and performance evaluation test will be called for interview.
Preference will be given to those having experience in a reputable Public Sector Medical University / Institution.
At the time of interview age of applicant should not be more than 55 years.
No TA/DA shall be admissible.
The selected candidates can be posted at any campus of the University (City & Jinnah Campus KSK).
Only Punjab domiciled candidates can apply.
University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts without any notice.
Applicants working in Public Sector Organization / Department must bring NOC at the time of interview.

HOW TO APPLY:

The candidate can fill the application form available on the UHS website i.e. www.uhs.edu.pk.
The candidate can pay the prescribed fee through bank challan available on the “fms.uhs.edu.pk” at any branch of Bank of Punjab (BOP). The applicant shall attach his/her bank challan with his/her application form. The detail of the amount is as below:
- BS 01 to 04 = Rs.100/-
- BS 05 to 16 = Rs. 500/-
Applicant should fill the form carefully, complete the application by writing personal information, educational information and experience etc.
Filled form, along with the attested copies of certificates, testimonials, CNIC, domicile and passport size colored photographs, original bank challan paid processing fee must reach the Office of Human Resource Section, University of Health Sciences, Khayaban-e-Jamia Punjab, Lahore, by post or by hand submission at Diary & Dispatch Section, University of Health Sciences, Lahore on or before 05.08.2024 during working hours.

Position: Treasurer (BPS-20)
Number of Vacancies: 01
Qualification and Experience: MBA / M.Com. / C.A. or equivalent, at least 2nd Division with 15 years of experience in Accounts in Government Organization
Age Limit: 40 to 55 Years

IMPORTANT

The treasurer shall be appointed on a regular basis as per Section 8 & 18 of UHS Ordinance 2002.
Preference will be given to those having experience in a reputable Medical Institute/University.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
No TA/DA shall be admissible.
The appointment shall be subject to Police Verification, verification of degrees and professional certificates.
Applications that are incomplete (in any way) or received after the due date shall not be entertained.
