Government of Pakistan SITUATION VACANT: Applications are invited for recruitment against the following temporary vacant positions (likely to be permanent) in the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development, Islamabad:

Assistant (BPS-15)

• Total No. of Posts: 8
• Education/Qualification Eligibility:
  • Graduate
  • 6 weeks Basic IT Training Course (including MS Office conducted by NITB) should be done within one year

LDC (BPS-11)

• Education/Qualification Eligibility:
  • Matric
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 w.p.m
  • 3 weeks Basic IT Training Course (including MS Office conducted by NITB) should be done within one year
• Age Limit: 18-25 years
• Provincial/Regional Quota:
  • Punjab (Open Merit): 2
  • Punjab (Minority): 1
  • NA/FATA (Open Merit): 1

Driver (BPS-4)

• Total No. of Posts: 11
• Education/Qualification Eligibility:
  • Primary Pass
  • Valid Driving License holder and well versed in the traffic rules
• Age Limit: 18-30 years
• Provincial/Regional Quota: Local Based

DR (BPS-4)

• Total No. of Posts: 1
• Education/Qualification Eligibility:
  • Primary Pass
  • Valid Driving License holder and well versed in the traffic rules
• Age Limit: 18-30 years
• Provincial/Regional Quota: Local Based

Naib Qasid (BPS-1)

• Total No. of Posts: 15
• Education/Qualification Eligibility: Primary Pass
• Age Limit: 18-25 years
• Provincial/Regional Quota: Local Based

Sweeper (BPS-1)

• Total No. of Posts: 1
• Education/Qualification Eligibility: Primary Pass
• Age Limit: 18-25 years
• Provincial/Regional Quota: Local Based

Terms & Conditions:

1. All recruitment shall be made in accordance with the prevailing Rules/Recruitment Policy of the Federal Government.
2. Age relaxation shall be admissible as per existing policy/rules of the Federal Government.
3. Applicants already in government service should apply through proper channel & produce NOC at the time of interview.
4. Only shortlisted applicants shall be called for test/interview.
5. Applicants shall present original documents along with set of attested copies of domicile/degree/certificates issued by HEC/recognized Board/Universities/institutes at the time of interview. In case any information furnished by the applicant is found fake/bogus, candidature of particular candidate(s) shall stand cancelled and legal action shall be taken against the particular candidates at any stage of recruitment.
6. Incomplete applications received after due date shall not be entertained.
7. In case of applying for more than one post, separate application shall be submitted.
8. No TA/DA shall be admissible for the purpose of test/interview.
9. Application submitted by hand or by post shall not be entertained.
10. Candidates shall not be allowed to appear in written test unless they produce original CNIC on the day of written test.
11. The Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process in part or whole, increase/decrease the number of vacancies at any stage without assigning any reason.
