5th Pillar Family Takaful Limited is looking to hire AM / DM Marketing who will be responsible for the implementation of an integrated marketing program, which includes branding identity, strategic message development, advertising, and public relations. This role will directly report to the Group Head Brand Strategy.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in developing and maintaining the brand’s image, voice, and overall marketing strategy.
· Develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
· Coordination with the creative and PR agencies for campaigns creation and execution.
· Manage the social media pages and ensure timely responses to queries and comments.
· Manage advertising and digital campaigns, display ads, and social media ads.
· Work closely with other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals.
· Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, market trends, and customer insights.
· Support the in-house graphic designer in BTL and documentation related works.
· Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the brand guidelines.
