Upto 1 Year
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
■ Achieve monthly and annual NTB/Deposit Targets, along with cross-sell targets assigned by management.
■ Ensure timely submission of AOF to Operations without any discrepancy ensuring that KYC regime is in compliance with best practices. Ensure compliance with the relevant Shari’ah parameters, statutory requirements, laws, values, code of conduct, and policies as per rules and regulations.
■ Deposits generated by the BDOs should be exclusively booked at the branch where they are deputed. They may also open accounts in other branches which will be tagged accordingly. Ensure proper attrition management process for sales deposits, the incumbent should know the cause and remedial measure of deposit withdrawal in their portfolio.
■ Maintain all relevant MIS (Sales call Report & pipeline report file).
■ Ensure that no service/ sales related (mis-sell) complaints are received from customers.
■ Provide extensive support in attaining bank goals.
■ Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
