Liberty Books is on the lookout for an ambitious ‘Ecommerce Executive‘ to drive our online presence to new heights.
Job description:
Check and initiate the process of demand generation to meet the requirement of orders.
Coordinate with all the courier companies via call or online portals for booking related to the customer orders.
Responsible for all the Third party logistics matter in line with the department manager.
Manage all the records of order proceedings with courier or rider delivery.
Inform and discuss all the issues with the department manager related to customer orders and their deliveries.
Responsible for the daily closing of accounts and monetary matters in coordination with department manager and accounts personnel.
Check, count and carefully handle the Cash dealings of Ecommerce website orders.
Order stock and price management with Third party sellers.
Proper and up to date documentation of sales record at MS Excel.
Assist and coordinate with finance team and department manager for financial reporting and analysis.
Maintain all the data related to cash dealing on daily basis.
Drafting and proceeding of sales return invoices.
In coordination with the graphic designer, place update banners of ecommerce website from time to time.
Assist and manage all the matter related to the Credit Card in coordination with the department manager.
Requirements:
Proven experience related to E-commerce.
Sound knowledge of MS Office.
Typing speed and accuracy.
Attention to detail.
Undergraduate or Graduate in BBA, IT, CS or related fields; additional computer training or certification will be an asset.
Location: Korangi Industrial Area near Brookes Chowrangi, Karachi
Note: Preference will be given to those who live near Korangi Industrial Area.
