Responsibilities:
- We are looking for an experienced and professional Junior Manager Training for our Regional office in Islamabad with fresh or 1 year of experience.
- Actively engage in researching, creating, organising and finalising training content as well as resources
- Strong command over MS Excel, Knowledge of Oracle ERP.
- Ensure timely delivery of training content, resources, and supplies
- Initiate and manage international professional development initiatives and partnerships
- Perform activities related to communication and coordination (within the department and externally).
- Provide support in arranging and coordinating in-house and off-site training events.
- Keeping an updated record of all the teachers enrolled in the system and their need analysis, branch-wise and corrective measures in close collaboration with the HR department.
- Developing a pool of master trainers category-wise to fulfill the needs of the day-to-day requirements.
- Conduct training needs analysis
- Develop, revise/update, deliver, and evaluate training and development courses ensuring that statutory training requirements are met
- Having an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, being involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages
