We are Looking for Manager Learning-MDC for our Lahore Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to improvement of development plans, execute programs, and identify areas of improvements in existing models; Implement changes to overcome inefficiencies or irregularities in learning programs.
- Develop and execute the TDP regarding the training requirements of Business Divisions’s and Corporate and assure proper implementation.
- Adapt to different approach for trainings, liaise with both internal and external trainers for specialized trainings; Assure proper execution of training as per requirements post LNA exercise.
- Develop trainer development programs, Seek nominations for in-house trainers and facilitate them in preparing relevant training modules (technical/non-technical).
- Ensure training material is as per DEL requirements and that it is continuously improved upon and provide support to check the viability of the trainings.
- Review policy and procedures pertaining to MDC, recommend changes in policies and seek approval from the HoD. Ensure implementation of policies and procedures in a timely manner.
- Develop the action plans of engagement survey.
- Introducing the emerging learning technologies to keep providing world class solutions to employees that focus on ‘anytime anywhere’ digitally enabled learning.
- Ensuring the accessibility and acceptability of E-Learning solutions by devising a combination of pull and push strategies.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
· Masters in HR, BE (preferable),
· 10 – 12 years years of quality experience related to Training & Development in a medium to large scale. Preferably Engineering industry.
· Team Player, Innovative/Creative, Persistent/Confident, Result Oriented, Tactful, Logical, Positive Attitude, High EQ, Assertive, Loyal, Flexible and Adaptable.
