Job Description:
- Responsible for the strategy, design, business case, roadmap, development, roll-out and overall management of MCB’s digital channels- application and internet banking (web).
- Setting the strategy, KPIs and plan to deliver the goals set for digital channels (app/web).
- Working with internal and external teams for delivery of roadmap, monitoring performance, developing growth strategies, forming alliances and ensuring operational excellence.
Education: Graduate from a recognized University (preferably a Masters/Bachelors in Computer Science, Business Administration, Banking or in any other relevant field)
Experience: Proven 8-10 years (minimum) of experience in digital channels, application, growth strategies, analytics and product management
