Master Tiles & Ceramic Industries Limited Jobs HR Executive:

Master Tiles & Ceramic Industries Limited is looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to join our growing HR department. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for providing support in all HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Assist in the onboarding process of new employees, including conducting orientation and coordinating with various departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
Assist in the performance management process, including monitoring and documenting employee performance, providing feedback to managers, and assisting in the development of performance improvement plans.
Assist in employee relations matters, including investigating complaints, counseling employees, and providing guidance to managers.
Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, claim processing, and communication.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
2-3 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
