Key Responsibilities:

Financial analysis: Conducting financial analysis of supply chain operations to identify opportunities for cost saving and efficiency improvement
Budgeting and forecasting: Developing and managing budgets and forecasts for supply chain activities and providing insights to help supply chain teams stay within budget.
Reporting: Developing financial reports and presenting financial information to senior leadership and stakeholders to help inform decision-making.
Business case development: Collaborating with supply chain teams to develop business cases for new projects, initiatives, or investments.
Risk management: Identifying and managing financial risks associated with supply chain activities, such as commodity price fluctuations, currency risk, and supply chain disruptions.
Strategic planning: Collaborating with supply chain teams to develop and implement strategic plans that support the overall business objectives.

Enhance the competence of the commercial team with regards to product and competition knowledge through on-the-job mentorship.
Make effective market visit plans to conduct professional and farmer gatherings.
