ASSISTANT MANAGER RISK

Candidate must have knowledge operations risk management of bank/financial institutions including review of assigned to customers, basic understanding of Risk Control & Self-Assessment, Key Risk Indicators, review of assigned to accounts and maintenance of Risk Register. In addition to it, he should knowledge of Fraud Risk Management System, handling of risk related complaints.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Graduate or Master’s Degree holder from well reputed institute.

Experience: at least 3 years of relevant experience in Commercial or Microfinance Bank

HEAD RISK MANAGEMENT & COMPLIANCE

Ensure to deploy bank’s policies, procedures, and practices adhere to regulations of SBP. Possess thorough knowledge of AML/CFT and ability to develop related controls. Duties also include periodic branch visits. Responsible for managing all types of risks keeping in view the systems, procedures of the bank and ensure compliance to the SBP Regulations with regard to Risk Management. Conduct relevant trainings according to TNA.

Required graduate or Master’s degree holder from H.E.C., recognized institute. Must have minimum 10 years of relevant experience of any Commercial or Microfinance Bank.

LOCATION: Head Office Lahore.

HEAD INTERNAL AUDIT

Supervise overall Internal Audit Department. Develop a comprehensive and flexible bank-wide audit plan using an appropriate risk-based methodology. Examine and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the system of internal control and the quality of performance in carrying out assigned responsibilities. Manage, recruit and develop a professional audit staff with sufficient knowledge, skills, experience and professional certifications to meet the bank’s audit requirements.

Required graduate or Master’s degree holder from H.E.C., recognized institute. Must have minimum 15 years of relevant experience of any Commercial or Microfinance Bank.
