ICI Pakistan Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager SFE for its Pharmaceuticals business based in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage activities and responsibilities of the SFE department and SFA activities by sales management personnel.
• Update and monitor the database on SFE Pharmaceuticals CRM
• Maintain the Pharmaceuticals business’s field force structure and database.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining SFA sales policies & procedures. Also responsible for an ongoing SFA training curriculum for new hires/field force personnel and inventory management and disbursement, tracking and maintenance of SFA equipment.
• Liaise with the sales function and other stakeholders to define productivity measurements. For example, Key Performing Indicators (KPIs) by sales teams and work with management and users to determine business requirements, and provide administrative support based on SFA.
• Coordinate with internal (sales force, IT) and external sources (BMC Solutions, Tablet Vendors, etc.) to maintain/enhance SFE productivity.
• Generate, update, and maintain IMS bricks allocation by territories and actively interact with district / Sales Managers to identify issues and potential areas for gap mitigation and improvement in sales data. Liaise with IMS for any rectification.
• Provide monthly IMS sales analyser data to the field force and provide support to management. The incumbent must be capable of conducting analysis and interpretation of data to identify areas for improvement and recommend specific and actionable solutions that can be implemented for enhanced operational efficiency.
• Generate and process incentive and rewards data for disbursement to field personnel within stipulated time frames.
• Assist the Commercial Excellence Head in the development and implementation of and disbursement of incentives in accordance with the Annual Sales Incentive Scheme. Assist and support Commercial Excellence Head and senior management in developing and implementing a resource allocation plan.

ICI Pakistan Limited is hiring an HSE Officer for its Chemicals & Agri Sciences business.
Key Responsibilities:
· Strong grasp over applicable national laws & legislations (environmental laws, factory laws etc.)
· Strong hold on HSE codes – fire-fighting codes (NFPA), boiler codes, scaffolding codes etc.
· Competent in risk assessments, root cause analysis methodology, hazard identification & mitigation strategies
· Well versed in global HSE best practices e.g. OSHA standards, process safety
· Excellent in data analysis, statistical reporting, incident investigations & report writing
· Hands on fire-fighting & first aid experience (either or both) with good hold on fire-fighting equipment usage & inspection (fire extinguishers, hydrants, SCBA etc.)
· Technical knowledge of common plant machinery – pressure vessels, pumps, condensers, boilers etc.
· Delivering safety talks & performing HSE inductions
· Strong hold on HSE ground level aspects e.g. PPEs, work at height system, confined space protocols, permit to work system, LOTOTO etc.
