Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring current SOPs are followed in the Production department.
Ensuring batch record audit are done and maintained in an appropriate manner.
Conducting on-line inspections of finished products and manufacturing and filling processes to give line clearance.
Ensuring all required parameters are available to commence production on time.
Examining finished packs in Packing Hall.
Ensuring all batches are being manufactured and packed according to given specifications and meeting all the cGMP requirements.
Maintaining the stability sample control record and legal references sample room.
Preparing SOPs for the Quality Assurance Department.
Ensuring process compliance with BMRs and BPRs.
Ensuring cleanliness and training of staff to work in respective areas. -Looking after the dispensing of each material.

Managing cost in travelling and developmental expenses, and the cost/benefit ratio.
