Requirements
- Perform internal audit assignments as per the plan.
- Prepare and update departmental budget and policies & procedures manual
- Plan and conduct audits (financial, operational and governance) to assess controls, operational and technical efficiencies and compliance with Company policies procedures and Government regulations.
- Assess the adequacy of the risk management strategy and develop Enterprise and Fraud Risk frameworks, risk appetite and risk registers
- Assess the adequacy of governance system and identify gaps and provide recommendations to ensure compliance with regulations and laws.
- Conduct special assignments as required by Management
- Maintain a comprehensive system for recording all audit plans, working papers, audit and investigation reports and follow-up audits.
- Ensure that risks improvement and implementation strategies are followed up and registers are maintained, updated and reviewed.
