Key Accountabilities:
• Achieve 100% Primary & Secondary sales targets within the assigned territory
• Ensure distributor investment as per company policy and Business requirement
• Distributor ROI management
• Visit all FMCG selling shops to improve width and depth of Candyland products
• Design and implement PJP for TSM’s/Order Bookers and review it on periodic basis
• Ensure timely payments from credit customers, if any
• Ensure timely ordering and dispatches of Stocks to customers
• Ensure proper execution of brand activities as per the given guidelines
• On the Job training of TSMs & Order Bookers to make an effective and productive sales call
