Position: Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist-Khi (Remote)
We are looking for a team player who enjoys Recruitment , the Process oriented, Result Driven, Self-Motivated individual who has experience of working in the fast pace enviroment.
Be able to develop Talent Pool and manage Current and Future needs of the organization, to be successful in this role you should have Excellent Job Knowledge, Great Communication & Negotiation Skills and adequate Experience in the field of Recruitmen& TA.
Fimilarity with ATS (Zoho Recruit or Bamboo HR) ,Be able to Design Jobs ,accurate JDs, Job Ads ,Google Forms ,Conduct Surveys , measure Recruitment Metrics ,Process Employment Contracts & complete Pre & Post hiring documentation.
You should have strong business acumen ,connect with top talent of the industry & find the best Cultural fit , the ability to translate business priorities into talent priorities and a keen understanding and knowledge of the differences between various roles within the organization.
Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources
Experience: 4+ years (Preferably Tech industry)
