United King Foods required urgently Required – IT SUPPORT PERSON
Location: Karachi
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage/Assist Help Desk team remotely, including staff supervision
- Receive and respond to IT queries promptly
- Manage asset inventory
- Assist employees as to when required, with technical issues; document incidents for future reference
- Collaborate with internal partners to implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency
- Communicating with users, diagnosing hardware and software malfunctions, troubleshooting problems
- Determining personnel requirements, setting schedules, and ensuring that those in the Support Team have adequate resources to complete their jobs.
- Ensure customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis
- Manage escalations as per defined SLAs.
- Establish best practices through the entire technical support process
- Develop daily, weekly and monthly reports on the help desk team’s productivity with recommendations and trends
- Provide customer feedback to your manager
Education and Experience: At least Diploma & IT Certifications
