Responsibilities :

Understand the needs of your business customers
Present the project favorably and in a structured professional way face-to-face
Managing project sales, building pipeline
Acquire and demonstrate project knowledge as per requirement
Record sales and order information, sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system
Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
Attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
Preparing and sending quotes and proposals
Managing the sales process through specific software programs
Building and maintaining a CRM database
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Participating in sales team meetings
Functional Skills/ Knowledge Areas:

Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Strong verbal and written communicator.
Excellent phone and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Qualification: Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelor’s degree (BBA – Preferably Majors Marketing and Sales)

Minimum Experience 1 to 2 years
Female Candidates of Real Estate having Relevant Project Selling Experience with proven portfolio(must) are encouraged to apply.
