Position: Manager Presales Technical Solutions
The position is primarily responsible for evaluating the needs of the customer and propose a suitable solution based on available products in Wateen guidelines
The Manager Pre-sales coordinates technical pre-sales activities. Transfers industry, technical and product knowledge to customers via good written, verbal and presentation skills. Assists in all levels of technical account planning and accompanies sales account managers on visits to customers.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer Network evaluation, designing, product POC, configuration and installation.
- Present multiple product solutions based on Wateen product guidelines.
- Provide technical advice to the customer on product operation and configuration
- Provide technical guidance and presentation/ demonstration where applicable
- To maintain technical competency on the assigned product(s)
- Support with technical qualification of sales opportunities
- Assists with the qualification of the opportunities and/or identification of target accounts
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Overall 08-10 Years of Vendor side PreSales
- Cisco/Juniper/Huawei routing and switching in an Enterprise MPLS WAN
- Cisco/Juniper/Huawei Security products in the Enterprise network
- Cisco/HP/Dell/EMC/Citrix DC & Computing products in Enterprise network
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
- Be able to support and mentor Team Members
- Have customer-facing experience
- Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients
- Ability to discuss and demonstrate business benefits and value to a customer of a technical solution.
- Ability to translate technical and business requirements into cost-efficient solutions.
EDUCATION:
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Telecom/IT
- Design Professional having CCDP/HCDP, CCIE/HCIE/JNCIE or CCDE will be plus
