The position is responsible for student career counseling, placements, and alumni management across The City School network. S/he will be responsible for developing relationships with International and National universities for successful placements of students as well as managing the alumni engagement activities.
Masters in School Counselling/Student Advisory Instruction or equivalent
Skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to build and lead a team
- Working knowledge of various counseling models, practices, and resources
- Highly data-driven and substantial analytical skills
- Tech Savvy with excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience. 7-10 years of experience as a Student Advisor or Placements Officer in a renowned School.
