Position: Assistant Manager – Admin
Qualification: Graduation / Preferably Masters
Experience: 05 – 07 years of experience preferably from FMCG & Pharma.
Location: Korangi Industrial, Karachi
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily activities of the Housekeeping department including appropriate cleaning of all offices, seating areas, washrooms, Production areas, cafeterias and public spaces.
- Establish and maintain departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance programs, safety, environmental and infection control standards.
- Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and takes corrective action.
- Manage the daily activities of housekeeping to provide a comprehensive housekeeping service for the plant including all production areas, outdoors, indoors, demonstrating consistent quality, efficiency and effectiveness to enhance employee care.
- Actively support the timely ordering and cost effective use of cleaning materials and housekeeping supplies.
Skills:
- Strong Interpersonal & communication skills.
- Able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
