Chemical Process Operator
Diploma in Chemical Engineering
Chemical process Engineer primary role is to ensure optimum operation of Washer, UVBRC, wastewater plant and ancillary Equipment in can making line. Focus on Daily operation, process and maintenance issues of washer, UVBRC, waste water treatment plant and ancillary equipment and take corrective actions on time. Focus on Periodic inspection and maintenance, predictive maintenance and corrective Maintenance. Troubleshooting and maintenance of washer, UVBRC, wastewater plant, improvements, TPM, 5’s activities. Strive hard to achieve area KPI’s through collaboration, teamwork and planning. Key role in size changeovers and achieve best in class changeover time in the area.
6 Years Operation / maintenance experience in medium scale chemical plants dealing with acidic chemical process with heat exchanges, pumps, stainless steel piping’s etc. Surface treatment plant experience can also be considered.

Machine Shop Executive is responsible for day maintenance activities to be carried out on Machine shop equipment’s like Lathe, Milling, Drilling, Grinder, cutting, bending, welding etc. along with plant maintenance jobs in all the maintenance and process activities in the plant to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of high speed can making Lines and ancillaries. Key person for compliance of all those jobs that are required to be done in day shift in the plant. Involving in all the Mechanical related safety issues, lean events, capital projects, energy saving etc. Providing assistance to all Engineering and production functions to manufacture or repair the parts as per requirement.

Tool Room Executive Required
Diploma in Tool and Die Making / DAE in Mechanical
Tool room Executive is to manage operation of tool room and ensure proper tooling available all the time for smooth running of can making operation. He will be preparing list of required and follow-up with Sr Tool Room supervisor that tools are procured on time, reground, measured and stored properly to ensure un interrupted operation of Cupper, Bodymaker, and Necker’s.
Assisting his supervisor for Repair / Refurbishing of Punches / Dies in Tool room. Ensure Proper availability of tools in ongoing basis.
Assisting his supervisor for Repair / Setting of trimmer Cartridges. Ensure availability of Trimmer Cartridges on ongoing basis.
Assisting his supervisor to Order annual requirement of BM Dies / punches / Trimmer cutters / Cupper Tool sets / Necker tooling. Forecast need for Tools and order accordingly. Stock control, usage control of all tools.
Assisting his supervisor for ordering new tools according to Manspec.
5 Years Tool and Die making experience in an automobile ancillary / die manufacturing. Experience in CNC Machine programming, CNC Grinding machine.
