We are looking for a ‘Software Project Management Professional’ to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be responsible for Planning project management activities, analyzing financial information to keep projects on track, and collaborating with different departments for timely completion of the project.
Responsibilities
- Coordination with other departmental heads to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
- Planning project management, monitoring of deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members for various deliverables.
- Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company’s standards.
- Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
- Evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company’s standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
- Accurately documenting the project’s creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project’s scope, budget, and justification.
Requirements:
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
- Strong attention to details and technicalities.
- Excellent organizational and technical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Minimum two years of relevant experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification will be an advantage.
- Dot Net and Oracle background would be a plus.
- Life Insurance / Takaful industry exposure would be an added advantage.
