We are looking for a experienced resource to lead and manage the HR department and drive HR initiatives that support the overall success of the organization. He/She will report to the CEO and will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, overseeing HR systems, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
- Bridge management and employee relations
- Oversee the development and maintenance of HR systems
- Manage the talent acquisition process
- Lead and coordinate employee engagement and development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Develop and manage HR budgets and track HR metrics
- Collaborate with other departments and functions to drive cross-functional initiatives that support the overall success of the organization and promote cross-functional collaboration and communication
- Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on HR matters
