JOB ROLE & REQUIREMENTS:

• Enhance the current PayPak card product and introduce new variants

• Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis

• Prepare data driven strategic presentations

• Provide insights on ongoing initiatives, market trends and product performance

• Support internal and external teams to conclude the development, testing and deployment

• Possesses knowledge of regulatory requirements and data protection standards regarding cards

• Demonstrate excellent presentation and interpersonal skills and proficiency in MS Office

• Manage customer relationships and feedback on debit & credit card products

• Exhibit good understanding and experience of card issuance life cycle

• Exposure of managing IPS and enhancing spending

• Good understanding and expertise of merchant alliances and onboarding partners for cards

• Experience on various spend/issuance campaigns
