JOB ROLE & REQUIREMENTS:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Drive sales growth by achieving the budgeted revenue targets.
- Build new client relationships with banks and financial institutions. Strengthen and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Engage proactively with banks and financial institutions to understand their needs and provide solutions accordingly.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
- Set clear KPIs for the team and monitor performance to ensure accountability.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to align client requirements with solution capabilities.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through consistent follow-up and support.
