• Implementing and updating the HR system.
• Ensuring timely maintenance of employee database.
• Responsible for processing resignations and final settlements.
• Coordinating with external HR service providers (insurance partners, consultants, HR System vendors etc.).
• Managing matters related to contractual staff and communicate with respective teams as needed.
• Supporting the preparation of compensation cheques & vouchers (loans, advances, daily wages etc.).
• Assisting employees by providing support on matters related to employee portal including office time inquiries, wage, salary, and deductions.
• Preparing minutes of the meetings and all HR related presentations.
• Facilitating Manager HR in manpower planning.
• Preparing HR Budgets in coordination with finance.
• Managing HR System and ensuring accurate and timely management reporting and resolution of day to day queries.
• Any other HR related task as assigned by the Line Manager.
• Command and knowledge of HR software.
• Good communication skills (written and oral English)
• Excellent Microsoft excel skills.
