Job description
- Location: Karachi

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all office administration related services in South Region including facilities management, fleet management as well as hospitality related matters
- Managing all owned and rental properties of CMPak
- Responsible for acquiring new locations and making lease agreements
- Compose RFPs and define scope of work while starting renovation projects
- Monitor and supervise renovation projects ensuring quality of work as per defined company standards
- Make analysis report of monthly budget utilization
- Achieve financial objectives by anticipating requirements, submitting information for budget preparation, scheduling expenditures, monitoring costs etc.
- Review weekly reports of south regions and submit final reports to HQ
- To administer SLA with all internal customers/ Vendors and provide full support to other departments
- Liaison with the government authorities for local administrative matters
Education (Degrees | Certification | Diplomas | Trainings):
- MBA or equivalent
Experience required:
- 7 years of relevant experiance in office administation role
