Job Type: Permanent

Job Purpose:

• This role would be responsible for Operations of Enterprise Data Network to support organization Business Requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operations of Enterprise Data Networks including Data Center Network, Network Security, Wireless & Wired Infrastructure in Nationwide offices & Wide Area Network.
• Monitoring of Network Infrastructure and suggest optimization activities for proactive measures to avoid incidents.
• Troubleshooting of Enterprise Data Network issues to ensure minimum possible down times. ·
• Implement & optimize the network security controls on Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wi-Fi, etc.
• Routing Protocols (preferably OSPF & BGP) implementation & optimizations.
• Management & configurations of 3rd party connectivity’s through P2P links & VPN Tunnels.
• Management & configurations of Cloud infrastructure Network using SDN tools.
• Analytical review of logs and events in network & network security devices like Routers, Switches, NG Firewalls, Intrusion Detection / Prevention and Web Application Firewalls.
• Next Generation Firewalls, Intrusion Detection / Prevention & Web Application Firewalls Policies implementation & refinements.
• Evaluate and make recommendations to management regarding the Enterprise Data Network improvements.
• End user support on VPN access with the implementation of Token based 2nd factor of authentication.
• Able to handle multiple project simultaneously
• Team Player able to effectively interact cross-functionally with a variety of individuals with different competencies and backgrounds
• Vendor management, engage vendor team for timely preventive maintenance and health check activities.
• Coordinate with Vendor for escalations of issues and timely resolution and preparation of Root Cause Analysis reports.
• Ensure implementation of vendor SLA and measurement of vendor quarterly KPIs

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

• BS in Computer Science / IT / Engineering is required.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in similar role.

Job Purpose:

• This role would be looking after Pre Sales (Feasibility and solution design), In sales (new links deployment & upgrades), Post Sales (Operations & Maintenance), DICT support and other fixed products portfolio E2E. Ownership of the end-to-end Product Life Cycle to ensure high level of customer satisfaction

Job Responsibilities:

• Pre-Sales, In-Sales, and Post-Sales life cycle management
• Managing in-house and outsourced vendor field teams to ensure smooth enterprise business technical operations
• Achieving regional enterprise revenue targets through timely, cost-effective & market-competitive solutions, timely service delivery, and customer experience management
• E2E Management of Enterprise solutions Feasibility, Solution design & deployment such as DICT, Fixed Line (DIA/DPLC, IEPL, CDN, IPLC, SDWAN, PRI/SIP,FTTH,FTTR) M2M, IoT, GSM/MBB Coverage solutions
• Developing RFP/RFQ/RFI responses for potential clients to win new business & expand services footprint with existing clients
• Develop and create technical road maps that help reduce OPEX/CAPEX and maximize ROI for the entire enterprise
• Supporting CNOC for onsite support/ Resolution/ L2-L3 Support
• Evaluate Government and Private Tenders & Bid Management
• Liaison Customers, ISPs , vendor and regional engineering teams for solution deployment
• SLA reconciliation for Vendor monthly out payments Defines and reviews policies, procedures and guidelines for the Products and monitors and supervises their implementation
• Monitors, evaluates, and highlights the products ongoing performance and quality of its output, services, monitors and reviews key performance indicators.
• Analyze product and business KPIs and suggest and corrective actions to meet objectives including churn management and proactive plan to meet objectives
• Coordinates business requirements across all business units and develops and implements plan to support the business needs with cross functional team relationship.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication, Electronics, Computer science or Electrical engineering from HEC recognized university. CCNA/CCNP/HCIA/HCIP certification would be a plus

Work Experience:

• Must have 5-6 Years of relevant experience.

• In-depth technology understanding of large and complex enterprise networks comprised of Telecom, Financial Sector, or Large Enterprises
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
• Display initiative and take responsibility for achieving agreed outputs within set deadlines and closely follow-up until successful outputs are achieved
