Admin Officer- Research (ORIC)

The Admin Officer- Research (ORIC) is responsible for providing administrative and other support to the ORIC through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. She/he shall ensure efficient operation of the office and provide secretarial support to the Director-ORIC.

(Candidate must have an some knowledge about Research and ORIC function)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with other offices, individuals, and external institutions and agencies on a range of issues.
Provide support for associated activities, including managing the schedule/calendar, making arrangements, communications, and dealing with administrative problems and inquiries as appropriate.
Organize and facilitates meetings, conferences, and special events as requested; schedule and coordinate dates and times, venues, attendance, agendas, and facilities; take minutes, and provide administrative support and follow-up on matters arising from meetings.
Create administrative correspondence and documentation; prepares a variety of reports, letters, memos, and other written correspondence and materials.
Management of ORIC offices, equipment, and administrative matters.
Providing secretarial support to the Director and performing other job-related duties as assigned.
Collect data from stakeholders and manage ORIC database and repository.
Implement a system for performance monitoring and KPI delivery (click up etc).

Location: Clifton Karachi

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 1 – 2 years of Relevant Experience in research or ORIC.
