REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 4-5 years of proven experience in retail fashion brand

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in managing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
• Oversee cash handling, banking procedures, and daily sales reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Recruit and train team members, ensuring they understand product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service expectations.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and conduct regular stock counts to minimize shrinkage and ensure product availability.
• Assist in preparing and managing the branch budget, including expense control and maximizing profitability.
