We Are Hiring! Brand Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies that support brand objectives and drive engagement on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Manage day-to-day social media operations, including content scheduling, posting, and community management.
- Create engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and visuals, in collaboration with internal design teams & external agencies.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to optimize future campaigns and content.
- Assist in preparing reports on brand performance and market insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze competitors’ social media strategies, campaign tactics, and market positioning, providing actionable insights to the marketing team.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure brand messaging aligns with retail and distribution channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and key opinion leaders to support brand advocacy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media strategy, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of managing social media accounts and successful execution of marketing campaigns.
- Experience with content creation, social media metrics, and campaign performance reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
