Position: Executive RF
Location: Karachi (Data Center)
Job Summary:

Purpose of the Job:

To assist Team Lead and Team Members in Maintaining RF KPI’s, Network Planning, Optimization, Performance and Monitoring.

Regular Duties:

Drive testing, Scanning, Network parametric optimization.
Assist other departments for network and/or customer issues.
Engage in special assignments/projects involving Field testing, CPE testing etc.
Handing customer complaints regarding coverage and Throughput issues
Handing customer complaints regarding coverage and Throughput issues
Any other task assigned by Line Manager
Periodic Duties:
Design and Optimize Wi-Max Network for Capacity and Coverage
Making Daily, Weekly and Monthly KPIs reports and presentations

Qualification & Experience:

Must have Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer/Telecommunication Engineering
At least two years of experience in RF Planning & Optimization
Excellent user of GIS tools Google earth, MapInfo
Command on Excel and power point is a must
Good Wi-Max concepts preferably related to RF
Experience in RF scanning, DT and Post processing tools (Agilent, XCap etc.)
Experience in RF planning tool like Mentum planet will be a huge plus

Job Summary: Ensure smooth operation of wi-tribe Core network in order to provide maximum performance and availability for the end users. An active member of team of network professionals performing Core IP network engineering, design, installation, configuration, optimization and L2/L3 support

Qualification & Experience:

2 years of experience in network planning, design, deployment and operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline. Candidates with technical certifications will be preferred
hands-on experience in IP and wireless involving Access & Core network, a large WAN, LAN, environment
IP routing, switching, MPLS, VPLS, WiMAX, LTE, network security
