Position: Marketing Manager
📍 Location: Vital House, Lahore
🕒 Employment Type: Full time

🎓 Experience Level: MBA in Marketing (equal to 16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university.

4–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an OMC or FMCG.
Strong expertise in marketing strategy, digital marketing, and Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Brand Management

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand growth and market presence.
Plan and manage campaigns across digital, OOH, and traditional media channels.
Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all platforms.

Digital & OOH Campaign Execution

Oversee digital marketing initiatives including social media, performance marketing, and online engagement.
Plan, execute, and monitor OOH campaigns to maximize visibility and reach.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on insights and data.

Agency & Stakeholder Management

Coordinate with creative, digital, and media agencies for campaign execution.
Collaborate with internal departments to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Manage vendors and partners to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

Performance & Growth

Track marketing KPIs and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Identify opportunities for brand expansion, customer engagement, and market penetration.
Drive innovative marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and competitive positioning.
