🚀 We’re Hiring: Service Center Officer
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Service Center Officer to oversee the daily operations of our service center. If you have experience in logistics or operations and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we’d love to hear from you!

🔎 Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee day-to-day service center operations to ensure smooth shipment processing and adherence to company standards
-Monitor workflows to optimize efficiency and productivity
-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
-Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests
-Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels
-Assist customers with shipment tracking, delivery concerns, and service options
-Schedule and allocate staff to ensure adequate operational coverage
-Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
-Maintain accurate records of shipments, transactions, and customer interactions
-Prepare and review operational and performance reports
-Oversee inventory and equipment management within the service center
-Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of equipment
-Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for equipment and inventory needs

🎓 Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or customer service roles

Skills & Competencies:
-Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
-Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office
-Strong problem-solving abilities
-High level of organizational and time management skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
