We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QEC Officer to support the Office of Institutional Quality Assessment and Effectiveness (IQAE). This position is ideal for individuals passionate about quality assurance in higher education and committed to academic excellence.

🔎 Position Overview

Reporting to the Assistant Director IQAE, the QEC Officer will assist in implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes to enhance academic standards and ensure compliance with accreditation requirements.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

✔ Manage and maintain quality assurance data and records
✔ Conduct teacher & course evaluation surveys each semester and prepare data for analysis
✔ Oversee course file submission process, conduct weekly compliance checks & semester-end audits
✔ Provide audit feedback to departments and ensure secure storage of course files
✔ Facilitate controlled access to course files for authorized personnel
✔ Assist in organizing workshops, seminars & faculty training sessions
✔ Support accreditation documentation and quality audit reporting
✔ Coordinate with departments to ensure compliance with quality standards
✔ Facilitate external visits by HEC and other accreditation bodies
✔ Send reminders and follow-ups to relevant stakeholders
✔ Perform additional tasks assigned by the Assistant Director IQAE

🎓 Job Specifications

Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration)

Experience:
1–2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field (preferably in higher education)

Skills:
🔹 Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices
🔹 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
🔹 Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel)
🔹 SPSS proficiency will be preferred
🔹 Strong organizational and time-management skills
🔹 Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
