University Central Punjab UCP Jobs Assistant Manager: University Central Punjab (UCP) looking for candidates for the position of “Assistant Manager” in Admissions Office. We are inviting applications from candidates who meet the criteria given below

1.	Assistant Manager	Admissions Office – UCP Call Centre	Minimum 16 years of education from HEC recognized university/institute. 5-6 years of relevant experience. Proficient in MS Office. Excellent written and verbal English communication and presentation skills

Purpose: To provide information on phone calls regarding admissions criteria, important deadlines, scholarships, fee structure, payment queries, and test schedules to prospective students and others.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team and provide them with relevant training in order to handle queries through phone calls.
Supervise the flow of information on admissions criteria, important deadlines, scholarships, fee structure, payment queries, and test schedules to prospective students and others.
Supervise the troubleshooting facility for candidates during the entire admission cycle regarding online admission application submission, fee payment methods, admission test queries on the test day, etc.
Handle the requirement of follow-up calls during the admission cycle to prospective students at different stages of admission application
Guide candidates about test & retest dates, program change/transfer facility and procedure, merit list selection dates, fee submission deadlines, etc.
Ensure record keeping of all inbound, outbound, and follow-up calls.
Responsible for reporting and highlighting candidates’ concerns and issues during the admission cycle so the system can be improved.
Responsible for compiling and preparing the complete file of applicants’ feedback in order to generate comparison reports for management, whenever required.
