JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure Top-Quality Catering Services: Oversee the delivery of superior catering services to all customers, ensuring satisfaction and high-quality standards at every event.
Menu Planning and Execution: Collaboratively plan event menus and oversee the preparation of food and services to guarantee the seamless execution of all functions.
Catering Proposals and Negotiations: Develop innovative catering options and negotiate prices to provide competitive and appealing choices to our clients.
Coordination Excellence: Work closely with customers and chefs to ensure their visions are brought to life flawlessly.
Stock and Supply Management: Monitor the availability of all necessary catering stock and supplies, ensuring everything is on hand for upcoming events.
Market Research and Business Development: Stay ahead of catering trends to keep our services cutting-edge, identify new business opportunities, and promote competitive offerings.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the market and competitors to strategically position our services.
Perform related duties and functions as assigned to support the overall success of our catering operations.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Proven experience in managing catering services, with a strong background in menu planning, customer service, and event coordination.
