UPLIFT Trainee Program

UPLIFT Trainee Program is Unilever’s innovative on-the-job training program specifically designed for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs). This program reflects our commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace by providing tailored opportunities for skill development and professional growth. Through Uplift, participants receive hands-on training, mentorship, and support, empowering them to contribute effectively within various roles across Unilever. The program not only focuses on building technical skills but also emphasizes the importance of creating an accessible and accommodating work environment.

Sales
Marketing
Finance
Supply Chain
Manufacturing
Safety
Ecommerce

Experiences & Qualification:

Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.
Professional Experience:
- Fresh or 1 Year of experience in relevant area.
Skills:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Strong Business Communication
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
