Position: Executive Retail Sales
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Manage company’s business in your assigned territory through effective channel handling.
- You will be responsible to maintain the float and all the products available in the market as per the practice and policy.
- You will handle the teams of franchise for the availability of all the SKUs in retail market.
- You will be responsible to achieve assigned targets of development and recharge.
- You will also be responsible for the ongoing activities of competition and inform his line within specified time period.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
- Ensure availability and replenishment of Ufone offering products like cards, load, MFS, sims etc.
- Development (direct/indirect) of existing areas/ markets and exploration of new potential markets.
- Ensuring data accuracy of retail universe in RMS or any other available system as per practice.
- Carry out visibility audit of merchandising.
- Franchise Management that includes team development, regular follow ups, target achievement and policy adherence by retail market.

Position: Executive Territory Sales SME
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Be responsible to manage SME sales in assigned territory.
- Be responsible for personal targets as well as targets assigned to the team member(s).
- Coordinate with Reseller Partners on an ongoing basis for operational support and monitoring.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
- Ensure that monthly targets of team members are being achieved for sales, retention and recurring revenue.
- Approach high potential SME customers for Sale Closures. Add value for the customers by offering volume discounts through cross selling & up selling.
- Ensure timely deposit of all payments by the team members and coordinate with Regional Finance for timely posting of payments.
- Coordinate with SME Reseller partners for operational support, coaching and training needs.
- Assist with reporting of all activities for the Zonal Area including customer`s visits, sales, retention, complaints and incidents.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university
COMPETENCIES
- Sales & Negotiations Techniques
- Understanding of B2B Sales & SMEs.
- MS Office and MS Project
