Position: Executive Platform Integrity – Revenue Assurance
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, IT, or related field
- Basic level of business understanding
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
- Perform daily reviews of GSM prepaid rating alerts to ensure accuracy and timely issue resolution.
- Monitor and validate daily rating processes for roaming and interconnect services.
- Ensure accurate configuration and definition of new products within rating and charging assurance systems.
- Review and validate rating for fixed-line usage to maintain billing accuracy.
- Oversee rating processes for CDMA subscriptions to ensure compliance and correctness.
- Strengthen end-to-end roaming assurance by developing automated controls and enhancing digitization for new products.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
- Ensure availability and timely replenishment of Ufone products including scratch cards, load, MFS, SIMs, and other offerings in the retail market.
- Drive development (direct and indirect) of existing markets while identifying and exploring new potential areas for business growth.
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of the retail universe data in RMS or any other designated system as per company practices.
- Conduct regular visibility audits to ensure proper merchandising and brand presence in the market.
- Manage franchise operations including team development, regular follow-ups, target achievement, and ensuring policy compliance across the retail network.
