Position: Executive Assistant to Executive Director
Location: Islamabad, Pakistan

About the job

Overall management of the CEO office and CEO office team.
Follow ups of tasks assigned to the CEO office team and reporting.
Participate in senior management meetings and off-shore conference calls and distribute action items to the attendees with agreed targets and deadlines.
Follow up with the senior management team in different countries for timely completion of the deliverables, and keep the CEO updated of the progress on daily basis.
Follow up with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Administration teams for timely collection, analysis and submission of the respective daily reporting data.
Regularly visit and support in managing the selected group offices in coordination with their top management.
Support the CEO in management of overall team and support in new initiatives.
Lead special initiatives taken in various departments for overall organization improvement.
Additional administrative and general office duties as assigned.
Extensive travel locally/Internationally to attend Internal Senior Management meetings, reviews and Business Conferences.

Requirements:

Possess strong planning and organizational skills.
Should havd good command on Excel
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Well-organized, punctual and methodical in the approach to handling the workload efficiently.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, independent, flexible, and able to work on his/her own initiative.
Able to demonstrate an all-round professional attitude to performing the varied tasks required – which will sometimes be under tight time constraints.
Experience or knowledge of the Telecom/IT industry.
