Compensation
Purpose
- Brand Manager plays effective role in formulation of brand communication
- Assists in developing and execution of annual brand plans and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to measure and evaluate campaigns performance and draw consumer insights for future communication strategy.
Responsibilities
- Writing creative briefs for creative agency communicating the objectives, deliverables and desired outcomes of the campaign or any project
- Writing media briefs for media agency and ensuring media efficiencies to be achieved through optimized media plans.
- Keep track of on-going campaign through vigilant media tracking for ensuring media efficiencies.
- Conducting post campaign analysis and drawing learning for future campaigns.
- Responsible for development of all communication material and ensuring timely delivery.
- Liaison with Sales, Sales Support, Sales Coordination, Production & Product Development department for new product launches, packing development and marketing intelligence, campaign feedback etc.
- Identify sponsorship opportunities, planning and complete execution of events
- Writing briefs for research houses regarding BHTs or any other research projects.
- Liaison with export sales for lead generation and development of marketing collaterals for export market.
- Responsible for tracking, verifying and processing media & general billings as per the approved SOP for media invoices.
- Participate in Consumer Focus Surveys for extracting 1st hand information from the market for consumer insights, pricing & communication
Profile
- MBA – Marketing from a reputable Business School
- Overall relevant Brand Management experience of minimum 5 years
- Minimum 2 years in same role preferably in an FMCG firm.
