We are hiring for the position of Assistant Manager – HR (Talent Acquisition & OD)
Responsibilities include –
- Implement the recruitment process end to end in service of business goals
- Leading recruitment drives, such as for Management Trainees
- Sourcing and attracting candidates using the digital media and word of mouth
- Leading the entire screening, interviewing, hiring and onboarding talented individuals (managing all related operations)
- Develop a talent pipeline for critical and high attrition positions
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for various projects
- Conducting exit interviews and preparing their data
- Conduct Employee Engagement activities to increase retention of employees
- Make an annual plan for employee wellbeing
Additional Requirements: Stakeholder Management
Qualification: BBA/Bachelors
Minimum Experience: 1 Year
