Job Title: Assistant Manager – Sales Planning

Eligibility: At least BBA/ BS Marketing, Sales, or any other discipline; preferably Masters
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in Sales Planning, forecast with good analytical skills
Responsibilities include:
• Sales & Demand Planning
Manage sales forecasting, demand planning, and coordination with cross-functional teams such as regional Toyota Office in Singapore, Production and Sales for both CKD and CBU vehicles, ensuring alignment with market trends and production capabilities.
• Production & Inventory Management
Plan CKD production, optimize inventory levels, and monitor stock days at IMC yards and dealerships to maintain efficient operations and reduce holding costs.
• Data Analysis & Reporting
Develop dashboards and automate reports for better visibility of production and sales, using historical data analysis to set quotas and improve demand predictions.
• Allocation & Fleet Management
Oversee allocation management for 57 dealerships, ensuring vehicle availability, managing balance orders, and coordinating fleet order deliveries to avoid late delivery charges.
• Market Trend Monitoring & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Track market trends, collaborate with marketing and production teams, and present weekly reports to management to support data-driven decision-making.
