Position: Transport Safety Executive

Job Level: Experienced
Experience: 3 – 5 years
Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) / Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) / Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) / Bachelor of Engineering (Industrial) / Bachelor of Engineering (Manufacturing) / Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) / Bachelor of Engineering (Petroleum)
Age Limit: 24 – 38 years

Job Description

Strive to achieve on Zero accident
To perform & manage checking of tank trucks through “Safe To Load” in the region to ensure only safe worthy tank trucks are loaded from respective location
To administer Digital Safe to Load application and resolve related issues.
To perform PATROM Vetting internally every year to ensure proper fitness of Tank Lorries
Ensure effective interactions with contractors
Ensure timely execution of orders for smooth operation & keeping balanced relationship with sales team & other stakeholders
To reconcile acknowledgements.
Ensure timely resolutions of issues by generating delay reports to keep transporters & others stakeholders on track
Ensure Tank Lorries drivers followed Filling & decantation procedures as per guidelines provided by the company
Ensure proper quality product delivery & monitor when it left depot premises as per sealing process guidelines by the company
To deal with TPPL designated contractors representatives for solving their daily problems & to conduct meetings with them for TPPL procedures implementation
To coordinate with Contractors & Motorway Staff to execute the compulsory Simulator DDC Training to drivers as per company transport procedure.
Analyze & evaluate nature of complains received from different stakeholders (i.e. Contractors, Dealers, Sales Team, Customer Service Team) & suggest them preventive measures taken for mentioned issue.
Co-ordinate with other supply location for fleet management in extreme situation
Maintain record for all company documents (i.e. Loading Notes, Mega Twisted Seals, Delivery Notes, Safe To Load & Acknowledge invoices)
Manage physical dispatches to the customers by applying best operational skills & cost effective planning.
Ensure Product stock managements & deals with host companies for product reconciliation.
To play part in executing “Secondary Route Hazard Mapping”
To perform any special task assigned by line manager inclined to company requirement
