TimeXperts Pvt. Ltd. is looking for candidates for the position of Customer Support Analyst

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level and second-level support to customer issues and queries related to our software over the phone, help-desk portal, and via email
  • Provide adequate and effective resolution to customer service calls and inquiries
  • Organize and participate in periodic review meetings with key customers to give them updates on progress, to receive feedback on service and satisfaction, and to maintain client relationships
  • Take full lifecycle ownership of customer support issues from root cause analysis to resolution utilizing Engineering and/or Cloud Services teams as and when needed

Job Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a busy environment
  • At least 2 years of work experience in software support environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
  • Must have a sufficiently technical background
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with close attention to detail
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office and Excel for data analysis and manipulation
  • Strong grasp of web technologies and browsers
  • Strong hands-on SQL skills
