JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute the procurement process for items while ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company policies.
- Collect purchase requests from relevant departments.
- Conduct market visits to gather quotations, verify product quality, and compare prices.
- Prepare documentation and route quotations for management approval.
- Purchase approved items from suppliers or manage cash-based market procurements.
- Ensure timely delivery and proper follow-up with suppliers.

WE’RE HIRING AUDIT OFFICER / EXECUTIVE – RETAIL OPERATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field | 1–3 years of relevant audit experience, preferably in retail or FMCG
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct regular visits to retail outlets for physical inventory verification
- Reconcile physical stock with system records and identify discrepancies
- Investigate inventory variances and report findings to management
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOPs, and audit standards
- Monitor stock movement, shrinkage, and potential losses
- Prepare audit reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Coordinate with store teams to resolve inventory-related concerns
- Assist in surprise audits and special assignments as required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel frequently within Karachi
- Good command of MS Excel and reporting tools
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
